"When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The only hotel in my entire multiple visits to India where i had to deliver my own suitcases to my room. Not very impressed overall. No intention of returning here. "

And the breakfast was really excellent. It easily matches or exceeds the five-star hotels I've enjoyed in the U.S. "
