Hotel Riu Montego Bay - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Long walk from room to beach and food area. My only complaint."
Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay - Hyatt Inclusive Collection - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"This was my wife’s and my first time staying in the Adults-Only section of this property, and I must say we thoroughly enjoyed spending our 3rd wedding anniversary at Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay. Although this section was recently renovated and reopened under new management, the level of service from both the staff and management was outstanding. Everyone made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Manager Amir, who demonstrated exactly how a manager should operate a property of this size. He was attentive to our concerns and continuously looked for ways to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. After a few minor hiccups, Amir arranged a beautiful sunset dinner for us, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting take advantage of the sunset dinner experience by the sea. We would also like to recognize Ramoy, Swayze, and Cassandra, who helped make our sunset dinner truly unforgettable. Their service, friendliness, and attention to detail made the evening extra special. In addition, the team working the Lobby Bar during the evening and late-night hours deserves recognition for their exceptional service. They go above and beyond to create personalized drinks based on your preferences. Simply tell them what you're in the mood for, and they will craft a delicious cocktail tailored to your taste after getting your approval. Overall, this hotel is amazing and I recommend."
Deja Resort All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The staff seemed genuinely put out at having to assist with anything. The front desk staff were particularly disappointing. Most of the restaurant staff were likewise a sad interaction. However, a shoutout is warranted to my bro, Dexter, at the grill, who was the only engaging and pleasant personality at the entire resort! For a country where having a job at a resort is a comfortable, prosperous gig, it was sad to see so many sour faces presented. A separate suggestion would be to make the “Italian” restaurant have a rotating menu rather than serve the same menu every night. It was otherwise good, although they substituted many items after ordering, without any mention of the planned substitution. Specifically, they do NOT have a pumpkin risotto, and mashed potatoes were served instead. Also, there was nowhere to grab a cup of coffee in the morning, unless you sat for your one allowed breakfast meal of the day. This was particularly hard for me and my wife, who wake early while our kids slept in. Bar service doesn’t start until 10am. The beach access across the street was nice, but anything beyond basic access is NOT included in the price of this “all inclusive” resort. Plan to spend $50 USD per day just for a few chairs and 2 umbrellas. No included food/drink service on the beach, but this is available for a reasonable extra charge ($75 USD per day or so). Overall, I would say it was a “low-cost” stay at a “low quality resort”, and I guess you get what you pay for."

Couples Tower Isle All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Couples Tower Isle! Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked amazingly—which made coming back to the room after a day in the Jamaican sun so comfortable. The food was incredible, even at the buffet! We truly couldn’t have asked for more helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our vacation special. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend Couples Tower Isle!"
