"The only thing I didn’t like was out of their hands, upon checking out they were fixing the street so valet couldn’t bring the car. We had to wait long in the lobby and then carry all our stuff to the side of the hotel where they pulled the car up. Didn’t feel very VIP. Didn’t even have a bell cart."
