"2nd time staying here. I love the artwork, the location, and the general ambiance of the hotel. However, this time was marred by paper thin walls, listening to complaints and arguments from next door, doors slamming, etc. The other thing I didn't appreciate was the "everyone must valet park" rule. No signage, no applicable warning, just show up, get your parking ticket, and have someone run you down stating they need your car because it's all valet now. It was a bit unnerving, and had I not seen others get pulled to the side behind me, I would have thought this was some theft scam. In the end, it all worked out. But you might want to choose otherwise until the construction is complete. The lack of clear signage about the hotel entrance was also a miss. You'd think with all this construction they'd have this figured out by now, but it seems there are still some growing pains."

"The room was very clean and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. The lobby was also well maintained and inviting, creating a positive first impression. The breakfast in the morning had plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well prepared. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again. "

"Very nice accomodations. Only problem was that the young man who checked me in sent me to the WRONG building for my room. This was annoying after driving a long distance, and meant I had to then move my car twice. Please be more careful with your directions."
