In order to make my commitment, I booked another trip at this hotel with higher price, but they still do not accept my request, and it is even 1 month ahead, giving them enough time to adapt. 「Rooms are spacious. Free parking is available around the property. There is a small fitness room and outdoor patio overlooking the canyon. Friendly staff. Super close to Verde Canyon Railroad and the Tuzigoot National Monument. We booked two rooms. Only concern is that they had not emptied out the trash cans in one room and the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall were nearly empty so we were unable to pump any to use in the other room. Breakfast was fine! 」
