「The room was clean for the most part. But when we got there, there was throw up near the trashcan when you get out the elevators by the ice machine. We notified guest services and they said they didn’t have housekeeping after hours. Well the throw up and nasty trashcan stayed that way the entire weekend we were there. We couldn’t even get ice in our floor」

「The ADA room with roll in shower per our reservation was perfect. The shower attachment was in the correct position for someone seating on the shower chair We ate in the hotel dining room. Service and the food were exceptional My thanks to Hilton tapestry. It was a great experience.」
