"Parking was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff will help you with anything you need i asked a staff member for ketchup at 9:30 PM and they had no problem doing that, also my son threw up in the trashcan in our room and i asked a housekeeper i saw down the hall about it and she said shed clean it out for us. Breakfast was great. They also have free dinner every night! I dont drink alcohol but there are limited free alcoholic beverages. It was quiet at night in our room even though the hotel was packed. The absolute only negative was that it was so full there were so many kids trying to use the pool at the same time that it was kind of hard at times for my son and i to use it. "

"I only ate the complimentary breakfast once while I stayed there. It was a very good breakfast. My room was nice, although my sheets were never changed. I only "allowed" housekeeping in my room once. They left it clean, but did not replace the coffee, so I only had coffee there once. (There was still the decaf coffee left) I would definately stay there again. "

"I did not feel safe here. The hotel layout is outdated and I had to park on the backside to get to my room. The bathroom: door was broken, 1 light switch was missing, shower felt gross (I would have worn water shoes if I had them). Positives: the staff was friendly, sheets were clean. Negatives: tv guide does not work, hotel reminds me of the movie Hostel, pancake maker was broken. I will never be back, spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else. Take me word on this!"

"Room is clean. Even though it is suppose to be a non smoking hotel, we can clearly smell weed on the 3rd level. We asked for extra pillows and blankets with no problem. Staffs are very polite. Hotel Breakfast is expected nothing special.good for overnight stay. "
