"Only had one bad review I went down to the hotel bar and sit at the bar, waiting for someone to take my drink order. The bar was pretty much dead only for customers. I waited approximately five minutes. The guy never even acknowledged me that was bartending, and I looked dead at him and he looked at me so I knew he knew I was there. So I went over to red Robin instead."
"My family loved this property. The staff was the best part even though everything was nice. Everyone was so nice, friendly and professional! We travel and try different hotels regularly and this one had a top notch staff!
My only suggestion is this : we had an accessible room for my 85 year old parent. The bathroom had extra bars and a low shower head but no shower seat or chair?? Makes no sense… how do they use it? "

"Everything was excellent except the guy who checked us in was very rude and a smart ass. He was also rude when I asked about a way to get an Uber. The night lady was great though. We loved our room and everything else though. That guy just needs to be a lot nicer."
