「We had a wonderful Copenhagen visit thanks to Timea, our Residence Inn front desk representative. Timea responded thoughtfully to all our questions and requests. She provided directions and recommendations to good places in the vicinity. Our first night in Europe went spectacularly well. Thank you Timea!」

「No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite...

「Stayed here for almost two weeks. Highly recommend.」

「Convenient location and good staff service.」

「Worst airport hotel ever at that price range. Alsmost no amenities, one small pillow, towel, and small blanket for 2 persons stay. I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. The floor, was not properly cleaned」

「Very high class hotel. Very clean and staff are kind. Free wine hour vouchers.👍」

「It's a very Modern Hotel with a wonderful staff!」

「Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! 」

「Not impressed with this very over priced hotel. The room was tiny, barely enough space to open up my suitcase. The light wall socket was loose exposing live wires. The shampoo I’m convinced had been watered down. Not worth the money.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Hotel Hans. The hotel amenities were a delightful surprise and we took full advantage: delicious, healthy breakfast buffet, bicycles for rent, and even running route maps next to a stack of towels. It was the perfect departure point for exploring the city without being in the middle of the tourist area. It was walking distance from neighborhoods worth exploring and just two blocks from a Metro station. We enjoyed returning home each night to the...
