Nice stay there. Eco green and no unnecessary items. Don’t forget to bring your personal hygiene except towel , that’s fine for me ! Bin ready for waste recycle. No worry about restaurants, A Thai cuisine in walking distance which I love it most. And a coffee shop is at the corner around. Stone thrown distance at Terminal of M4. Convenient.

Nice budget hotel in a quiet area

Few minutes from metro station and ferry pier. Nice and quiet area and very easy to get to city centre. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean. The bathroom smelled of drainage. Bed was comfy. The downside was the small details of the room design, no master switch next to bed, low water pressure in the shower, no hair conditioner even at the front desk.

離地鐵站2分鐘就到，坐地鐵出市區也方便，但附近沒有商店也沒有餐廳；酒店設施新，但每日執房隨便，連最基本的垃圾也沒有清，沖涼液的位置也放了是洗手液，令人莫名其妙。

Hotellet og vores værelse var udmærket, men jeg havde ærligt talt forventet en smule mere, når der er tale om et Comwell-hotel. Vores værelse havde for eksempel ikke en lås på toiletdøren, hvilket kan være en smule udfordrende, når man har en 2-årig med. Klimaanlægget kunne desuden ikke køle – der var 25 grader på værelset, og selvom vi satte temperaturen ned til 21, skete der ingenting. Vi havde værelse ud mod vejen, og det var meget larmende – selv med vinduet lukket. Vi savnede også et lille køleskab eller en minibar, hvor man kunne opbevare kolde drikkevarer. Der kunne også med fordel have været en lille espressomaskine eller lignende til at lave kaffe. Der var kun en elkedel til instantkaffe, men intet bord eller andet logisk sted at stille den, hvor der samtidig var en stikkontakt i nærheden. Det lille fitnesscenter var fint, og morgenbuffeten var god. Der er kort afstand til metroen, og selve hotellet fremstår pænt og nydeligt.

The Comwell was a complete disappointment. As you walk in and you look at the vast lobby, you may think you are in a five star hotel but once you arrive at your room, you will find out that only offers meager amenities. In the room, they only have one nightstand on one side of the bed and it is a simple, small round table. My husband had to use the chair on the desk as a nightstand to put his CPAP machine because the hotel could not provide an additional small nightstand. We also had an issue with the thermostat of the room The room never cooled to 21.5° which is the temperature at the hotel has set it up. when we told the front desk about the situation. They sent a repair guy and they claim that the issue was resolved but the temperature in the room never went down to 21 Celsius And we had to sleep every night with the window open. In the bathroom, they only offer shower gel in the shower and hand soap on the sink and nothing else. we found the height of the bathtub very high, which made it difficult to come in and out of the bathtub. They do not offer a small refrigerator in the room. They do not offer a complementary bottle water in the room, instead, they encourage people to drink water from the faucet. Well, the faucet had a layer of minerals encrusted which made it unsightly and unappealing to refill your water bottle from that sink. The breakfast buffet have high quality items, but the employees are rude: you ask them a question and they answer on a snappy and curt rep

Overall really good place to stay in Copenhagen, rooms were spectacularly clean and the bed was extreme comfortable. The only fault I can find is that, I was served a “standard” category drink in their bar when I was given a complementary voucher of a “signature” drink. When I went to the bar downstairs to redeem the voucher, which mentions the complimentary “signature” drink, the bartender gave me the option of choosing between G&T and Mojito and my invoice at the end mentioned “standard” for the drinks.

The hotel is very new so the rooms are still nice and clean. it is at the end of the metro line so it takes time to go see sites or get to the airport. If you need a hotel near the cruise lines it’s very convenient.

Great stay with a worthwhile upgrade We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but it’s very well connected by public transport – getting into the city was quick and easy. We booked an upgrade for a total of €160 (for 2 people), and it was definitely worth it. The upgraded room was much more spacious and comfortable for a 3-night stay. Without the upgrade, the room would have felt a bit too small for two people. Overall, everything was great – friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and excellent transport connections. We would definitely come back!
