「We really enjoyed the Hote」

「Très bel hôtel sur un grand boulevard pas très passant. Tout était très bien. Le seul bémol , il n'y a aucuns services a proximité. Faut prendre taxi ou Grab pour sortir manger ou faire livrer.」

「A very nice stay with a private pool , friendly staff and calm and comfortable vibe. The highlight was the breakfast, delivered to your private pool, tasted good and enhanced the tropical vibes. It would be a 5 star except a few minor nitpicks. First one being the bedsheets, they had a strange pale orange/red hue to them that really put us off. Secondly, the luggage was mishandled as there was not a conventional luggage room and someone put a random baby's singlet in my partners suitcase....

「altough the staff was really nice, we had quite a few problems troughout our stay... the bathroom ceiling started leaking and our room was FLOODED. they just turned off the pipes power and told us to "go back to sleep". they didnt even change our room... when we came back after they said it was all cleaned up, they truly only mopped the floor. the toilet was still soaking wet, no more toilet paper, no water refill, etc ... theres comments saying they rent bikes for cheaper, but they charged us...

「The hotel is excellent. It's 1.8km from the town city and around 10km from Tam Coc. The town is very safe and well lit. We rented a bike and had no issues at all. There are a few convenience stores around, but you need to go into town for a decent coffee. The hotel manager is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast pho is superb. It is situated next to a field on a quiet road. It is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommended.」

「It has nice pool; the lounging areas were comfortable and easily accessible. The staff were attentive and willing to assist. Special mention to Thuy who was knowledgeable and provided great customer service, she speaks very good English. Overall the properly is a good budget option for Ninh Binh accommodation. 」

「Very clean in all areas. Staff was eager to help with whatever was needed. Manager was available to assist his team at all times. We even saw him working the breakfast buffet! Nice to see him helping his team. I’m sure they appreciate that. All in all a great place to stay and we loved the room! Very modern. 」
