「Ngoc is the main reason we loved this place . She is a very nice person despite of Barrier of language. The location is quiet very good view not so far from touristic sites by grab ( 10-15 min) . I recommend it for sure as one the best value for money option in Ninh Binh」

「Glad to stay with Mr Dzung and Ms Dep. They went beyond to make sure our stay were enjoyable. The location is perfect as you can bike to most of the attractions such as Mua cave, Trang A boat tour and Tam Coc town and boat tour, breakfast were well prepared. Room was spacious and clean」

The interconnecting rooms were large and had a kettle and fridge which made things easier when trying to feed our fussy children. As these are rooms only, there was no ammenities to cook or be self sufficient per se, but we made it work just fine using disposable cutlery and eating out most of the time. 「Near famous tourist area. Host can provide bicycle or scooter, which I recommend in area. Place was comfy and cleaned for remotely countryside. Host speak little bit English-speaking but no issues for communication. Good hotel in area 」

「Loved this retreat, we woke first morning to water buffalo outside the balcony, and saw fireflies the second night. We used the free bikes to cycle around the rice fields and get to local attractions easily. Breakfast was local and ok. Staff were great, bring a torch for wandering the area at night as some parts are not lit.」
