The surroundings are beautiful and the location is perfect—peaceful and natural, yet close to everything you need. 「We booked the private family room/suite. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags. Upon our return many hours later our room was gone. They did not mention this earlier and had plenty of time to do so, especially given that they sat us down for water to welcome us. The reasons for not providing our room varied, including bad plumbing to no electricity, but based on the conversation I witnessed with an earlier customer, I believe they gave our room away. 「Everything was great, just the bathroom had a small inconvenience since water came out when you showered, but everything is nice in general」

「I stayed in the mountain view cabin which was lovely. The only negative is the seating areas are bean bags which is not easy to get in or out off when you are older! When we checked in i was so grateful to Lucas who gave us so much information on the area and was great throughout our stay. The pool looked lovely although i didn't use it as i was out most days. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety and dinner was delicious. The peacefulness of the Fairy Mountain Retreat is awesome and so...

「So lovely, clean, quiet, close to Mua Cave, Tam Coc, Trang An, and other attractions. Hosts speak English very well and are friendly and helpful. The dogs are cute. Pool is always clean. Bikes are 50k for your stay not per day which is great value. One thing: don't bother with Ancient Capital! 」

「altough the staff was really nice, we had quite a few problems troughout our stay... the bathroom ceiling started leaking and our room was FLOODED. they just turned off the pipes power and told us to "go back to sleep". they didnt even change our room... when we came back after they said it was all cleaned up, they truly only mopped the floor. the toilet was still soaking wet, no more toilet paper, no water refill, etc ... theres comments saying they rent bikes for cheaper, but they charged us...

「一大早到寧平、入住這家飯店，老板娘很好，讓我們吃免費的早餐，因爲入住時間是下午兩點，所以我們麻煩老闆娘幫我們叫車出遊，回到飯店也晚了，老板娘讓我們入住在邊間的房間，床很大，因爲怕蚊子，進到房間，就把房間門窗關上，沒有補蚊燈、沒有紗窗、還好現在不會太熱，但是廁所的味道就不是很好 ，且緊臨隔壁，星期日又party 到很晚，吵得不得了，因爲是住兩晚，第二晚因為門窗關緊，廁所卻臭到不行 ，打掃人員知情，卻只能打開抽風機，住的環境真的讓人無法忍受，整晚電風扇都ㄧ直吹，上廁所要戴口罩，可想而知，多恐怖的住宿，由於他們英語溝通不好，也只好忍著，不建議住此，交通亦不方便」
