Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. 「We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it.
