「Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa was a pretty unique experience overall. Being out in the jungle setting was definitely cool and gave the stay a different vibe compared to being right in town. That said, the location is quite far from Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, so getting to restaurants, shops, or anything else takes a bit of effort. The property does provide bikes, but unfortunately all of the ones we saw had flat tires and didn’t feel reliable enough for a longer ride into town. On the plus side,...

Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. 「Beautiful surrondings but you need to rent a motorbike or bycicle to go anywhere. Breakfast included but you still have to pay for coffee... Room was okay but a but smelly with all the humidity. Problably amazing when sunny.」

「Our home away from home! Lu & Bang were so incredibly kind and helpful, they quickly felt like family and made sure we were well accommodated. The interconnecting rooms were large and had a kettle and fridge which made things easier when trying to feed our fussy children. As these are rooms only, there was no ammenities to cook or be self sufficient per se, but we made it work just fine using disposable cutlery and eating out most of the time.
