The surroundings are beautiful and the location is perfect—peaceful and natural, yet close to everything you need. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I had an amazing stay! We were celebrating our anniversary and truly appreciated the level of thought and care the staff displayed to help us celebrate. Not only did the staff place roses on the bed and shaped towels into swans, when we left on our first excursion and came back, we were surprised with a lovely cake in our room. Additionally, the surrounding mountain area of this hotel is beautiful and makes swimming in the infinity-like pool and eating the complementary breakfast all the more enjoyable. The staff were amiable, hospitable, and helpful, and I particularly appreciated their prompt replies on Expedia when I had any questions prior to arriving. We highly recommend staying at Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat!"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was l clean and spacious and great value. Close to most of the attractions a short scooter ride or grab ride away. Would stay again 100% 3 of the cutest Pomeranians doggies kicking around super friendly and excited! "

"Stunning scenery all around the homestay. Would definitely come back if I had the opportunity. It is a bit of walk from the main road, but the homestay provides free bikes for guests to use. Amazing experience staying in this scenic setting."

"We loved our stay here, the location is so beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I’m afraid I didn’t note his name but the guy on reception especially made us feel so welcome. You can rent motorbikes from the hotel and it’s quick to get to lots of the main sites around despite feeling totally secluded. We also got a couple of Grab taxis very easily. The breakfast was also really good and we ate dinner one night which we enjoyed too. Would definitely stay here again"

"Loved this retreat, we woke first morning to water buffalo outside the balcony, and saw fireflies the second night. We used the free bikes to cycle around the rice fields and get to local attractions easily. Breakfast was local and ok. Staff were great, bring a torch for wandering the area at night as some parts are not lit."

"Beautiful surrondings but you need to rent a motorbike or bycicle to go anywhere. Breakfast included but you still have to pay for coffee... Room was okay but a but smelly with all the humidity. Problably amazing when sunny."
