「Staff is kind」

「Super séjour. Famille très accueillante qui tient l’hôtel. Super chambre, vue montagne, les lits sont très grands, les chambres aussi. Très propre. L’hôte est très disponible. Petit déjeuner à la carte, très arrangeants sur les horaires. La famille fait également à manger et c’est très bon.」

「I had a great stay. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooftop infinity pool was perfect, and was a bonus to have all to myself, great view of the mountains and some rice fields blowing in the wind. My room also had a great view of the mountains, large windows even in the bathroom. 「There was actually a mixup with my booking and I did not stay at this homestay. I was contacted after I made the booking to explain that there had been an overbooking and I was offered to stay at the family’s other homestead just down the road. The Sam Home was a very new and beautiful property. I enjoyed my own bungalow and had a choice of breakfast beside the beautiful pool. 「Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa was a pretty unique experience overall. Being out in the jungle setting was definitely cool and gave the stay a different vibe compared to being right in town. That said, the location is quite far from Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, so getting to restaurants, shops, or anything else takes a bit of effort. The property does provide bikes, but unfortunately all of the ones we saw had flat tires and didn’t feel reliable enough for a longer ride into town. On the plus side,...

「This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. Made my day as the world goes mad. My mind was free. Thank you, it's not goodbye, just see you down the trail. 😍」

「Ngoc is the main reason we loved this place . She is a very nice person despite of Barrier of language. The location is quiet very good view not so far from touristic sites by grab ( 10-15 min) . I recommend it for sure as one the best value for money option in Ninh Binh」
