「The property is ran by a very tentative GM whose leadership reflects in her staffs excellant customer service.
The place was not only smelled clean, their wasn't a speck of dust or dirt to be found anywhere.
Despite being near the airport it was very quiet.
I regularly stay at Holiday Inns across North Americia and this one is number 1 on my list.

「As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. 「Check in was slow. Only one attendant and people waited 15 to 20 minutes to check in. There was only one other person in front of me and and it took 15 minutes. Later I saw the check in line out the door of the lobby. Seemed an additional employee would have been a solution if possible.
Pool was next door and that was a surprise as the weather was still cool.
Room was adequate.」
