「Desta vez não gostei muito. Salvo a da limpeza dos quartos, os funcionários em geral não estavam muito atenciosos. Alguns até mal humorados. Reservei quarto casal, mas me deram com duas camas de solteiro. Após reclamar e apresentar comprovação da reserva, prometeram ajustar as camas no dia seguinte, mas só fizeram no final do dia qdo eu mesma falei com a arrumadeira. O quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro. O café da manhã era bom. 」
