The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

Boa estadia

A quarto em bom, a cama é boa e os funcionários são maravilhosos principalmente os do café da manhã. O banheiro fica com água empossada na área do vaso sanitário por não ter uma descaída para o ralo. A TV deveria ter uma antena melhor para mais opções de canais Não foi a primeira e nem será a última vez que me hospedei...Com certeza voltarei mais vezes

O quarto com cama de casal tinha 02 camas de solteiro parafusadas, achei criativo. No check-in não tinha água, só foi chegar de madrugada, isso parece ser um problema recorrente do hotel. É uma ótima opção para quem precisa de um lugar para dormir e sair, é perto de tudo.

O quarto fedia, travesseiros que pareciam uma sola de sapato, o banheiro fedia a esgoto, nao tinha tapete pra sair do banho. As toalhas estavam encardidas, sorte q eu levei toalha. O café da manha era pessimo, com pouquíssimas opções, alem de notadamente os produtos nao serem frescos. Qnd reportei à recepção sobre o odor do quarto, recebi como resposta q se eu quisesse cancelar eles fariam, mas q eu tinha q com o banco sobre a devolução do dinheiro. No cafe da manha, conversei com alguns hospedes q tb tinham as mesmas reclamações. Ou seja, nada ali vale o dinheiro investido.

Meio a meio - barato, porém, baixa qualidade.

Um bom custo-benefício, existem limitações na qualidade dos quartos. Já fiquei em 3 tipos de quarto, apenas o primeiro tinha uma qualidade razoável. As outras duas, inclusive essa última, foram deficientes em vários pontos. O banheiro exalando cheiros desagradáveis, o ralo não fechava, muitos insetos, mesmo no 8° andar. A cama não era boa, o ar condicionado era muito barulhento e jorrava água para baixo da cama, cheguei a escorregar com tanta água derramada no piso. As pessoas da recepção e as arrumadeiras dos quartos merecem elogios.
