The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

My connecting flight was delayed so I never made it to rio. I tried contacting the hotel several times before this happened and after it happened, and the hotel never responded. Terrible customer service. I have reported the incident to hotels.com

Terrível No check in teve gente que ficou mais de 3hr, teve barraco, ambiente sujo, o quarto não tinha NADA a ver com o superluxo que peguei, ferro não tinha, tentava ligar pra recepção e NENHUM canal atendia, o ambiente parece um bordel, todo escuro, toalhas tão desgastadas que estava até transparente, coberta também não existe, só um lençol zinho fino que já fica na cama, são tantas camadas….

A começar pela limpeza do quarto, o chão do meu quarto estava CHEIO de areia, com certeza não foi limpo antes de eu chegar. Mas o pior ponto foi a cama, que de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas, as camas viviam se separando, abrindo um espaço no meio, sendo super desconfortável pra dormir. O hotel é lindo mas infelizmente não tive uma hospedagem tão confortável.

Atendentes ríspidos e sem simpatia nenhuma…e ainda cobram 30,00 para guardar a mala por algumas horas. Quartos sujos, ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, não tinha toalha no banheiro(tive q solicitar), solicitei tbem a troca das roupas de cama(td encardido, sujo)e quase solicitei limpeza do quarto as 22h que foi o horário que cheguei e tudo estava péssimo…corredores escuros…café da manhã sem opções(td repetitivo e pareciam coisas dormidas…iluminação péssima por ser um ambiente para alimentar…acústica péssima pois vc ouve Tudo dos outros quartos…ramal da recepção pode ligar até cansar que não atendem….enfim…não recomendo nada no hotel. Adoraria listar coisas bacanas mas não tem…
