The room was a little dirty. Lots of dust all over the room. No hot water in the bathroom. Only provide one towel for your trip. There’s a public bathing area downstairs. The onsen was nice. Doesn’t seem like this hotel was renovated in a while. They also only accept cash at the front desk.

The beds were very thin mats on the floor with the worst pillows ever and terrible duvets, more like a quilt in an exposed duvet cover. The room was large but empty. After a long day of taking multiple trains I could have cried. It was pretty much like sleeping on the floor, with sketchy bedding, two sparse threaded towels, the toilet didn’t flush very good and the bidet sprayed water on the floor. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed at and yet paid $370 Yen for one night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!

廊下や風呂場がとてもカビ臭かったです。部屋はエアコンと電気ストーブをつけても寒かったです。部屋のトイレは短い髪の毛がたくさん落ちていました。今回は急な用事で泊まったのですが、旅行では利用しません。ですが、近隣の施設と比べるとだいぶお安いようです。

和洋室を予約し、義母にベッドを使ってもらうつもりが和室でした。浴衣が有料なのも現地で知り驚きました。部屋は広いし布団は敷けましたが、リモコンも隣の部屋の番号シールが貼られてたり管理がひどいと思います。建物は古いですが部屋や脱衣所の清潔さは問題なく、川沿いの紅葉もよかったです。

立地が非常に良く、周辺の宿泊施設と比べても料金は格段に安いです。限られた人員と資金の中で、工夫しながら運営している様子が伝わってきました。 ただし、施設は古く清掃やメンテナンスが十分とは言えず、小さなお子様連れにはあまり向かないかもしれません。客室のバスルームは使用できず、代わりに大浴場と露天温泉が16時〜21時のみ利用可能です。それ以外の時間帯は入浴できない点にご注意ください。 滞在中、娘が客室の押し入れで遊んだ後に体調を崩し、深夜に高熱を出しましたが、夜間はフロントに人がおらず相談できませんでした。翌日は観光を諦めて休日診療の小児科を受診することになりました（幸いクリニックに着く頃には熱は下がっていました）。 料金重視で割り切れる方には適していますが、清潔さや小さなお子様連れの安心感を求める方にはおすすめしにくい宿です。

部屋でお湯が出なくて困ってました。部屋のドアがボロボロでした。 ロビーから見下ろした景色が素晴らしく、唯一の救いでした。

おふろが21:30までしか入らず、翌朝はもちろん入らない。 部屋の洗面所のお湯が出ない。 コンセントの数が少ない。 トイレの便座が冷たい。 朝6:30廊下の電気がついておらず真っ暗。排水の匂いがする。 安くて温泉が入れるのはありがたいが、怖くて娘が1人行動できなかった。
