「We stayed eight nights at NH noord hotel, the beds were comfortable and breakfast were ok. Improvement areas could focus on the customer service of staff, key card problem, and room cleanliness. The staff were not welcoming at front desk, this is the first inpression to all guests; the room cleaning was bad, no one sweep the floor and no one clean the clogged drainage during the period. Key card was a nightmare coz it went out of order everyday so you have to go to the front desk to make it...

「Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound.
