「This hotel is situated in the Jewish quarter and was very handy for our trip pickup. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful all through our stay. The WiFi was excellent and we had no problem with it. The password is easily available on reception. 「Breakfast was fresh with a good selection and served by efficient friendly staff. Omelettes and other food items could be ordered individually. Rooms were large and clean and beds were turned down daily. Reception service was efficient and any questions we had were answered. The bar is open until midnight and there was live piano music on Friday with a medley of well known tunes played by a friendly pianist. Overall a very nice weekend spent in Cracow with the hotel adding to this experience. 」

「We loved the room we was worried it would be too cold as we went in November but it was perfect, staff were lovely, breakfast could’ve had more hot food options and more small tables instead of larger tables」

「Room was big and spacious, nice big tv for then we wanted to chill after walking around krakow. Staff were more than happy to help when requested. Only down side was the shower holder could have done with been a bit higher but i managed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 」
