"We loved our stay. One blimp during the stay that we were not informed about that some items in the restaurant were not included in our all inclusive plan and required an upcharge. A waiter told us about that after we ate the upcharged fish. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to know about that before we ordered food. Anyway, the property is clean, the beds were a bit small but comfortable, food was great, drinks were good. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend"

"The staff is what makes the stay! An absolutely phenomenal group of people who truly care about you and what they do. Buffet food was great although the a la carte restaurants stood out. From the moment I checked in with Mitzi, to the little tour and information provided by the bellhop Elvin to even the servers and hosts (I wish I could remember everyone's name!) but quite the excellent stay. I absolutely fell in love with Costa Rica and will be back!! There were a few snags along the way but they were rectified swiftly and with service above and beyond what I expected."

"The property is very safe and beautiful. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. This was our second time there. Unfortunately wasn't as good as the first. We had two rooms, one didn't have AC working correctly and they would not fix it and didn't offer to move us until 5 days in with two days left. Also had a sink leaking that wasn't fixed. The service at the sit down restaurants were extremely slow and food subpar. The market was fantastic. The amount of animals on property was amazing."

"AZURA Beach Resort is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the superb staff made us feel so welcome with their A+ customer service. Every bartender and staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. A really nice touch was how well they honor Expedia VIP customers—they even gave us a separate "Expedia VIP Customer" wristband, which made us feel truly appreciated! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the resort property itself is magnificent. As an all-inclusive resort, the food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. Keep in mind that it is about a 2-hour drive from the main airport, and the resort focuses on pure relaxation rather than high-energy entertainment. But if you want a peaceful, high-quality retreat, it is 100% worth the stay. We loved it!"
