"Loved the hotel next the beach in walking distance and lots of food choices and walking areas which is to go after a meal I love the area it’s very beautiful on the beach and ocean only bad part it’s saturated with Russian people which can be very annoying because they stare at you and talk and very disrespectful so it’s either you ignore them as much as possible and enjoy your vacation but love the hotel and the staff thank you for everything we appreciate it very much "

"It’s definitely more like a 3.5 star hotel. Very nice location, Room is clean. We got a villa which has its own pool, but there few large cockroaches swimming in it as well as a few dead ones in our bathroom when we checked in. The gym is 5 star besides a few broken machines, and the food drinks were pricey, as is the entire island shops. Beach was a bit rough sand. I was expecting soft white sand. Massage staff was excellent. Just wish other staff knew the location of activities."

"Staff were lovely, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel until we needed to hatch the train to da nang. They also let me use the gym showers before we left. "

"Room was ok, card key in worst condition, keep go in and out of electric, when u call for help the staff they came and assist u. Doesn’t seem to be happy when I say thank you. Is more of an inconvenience to her. The breakfast was ok, food is not stock properly. They have a hot water container but not plug in. And again when u ask for help it’s more of inconvenience to them. The gentleman that work front desk was very nice and pleasant, the female that work with him is different story. Overall I guess u get what your pay for. "
