Not much negativity to mention. Anything wrong with any facilities you just notice the front desk, they sent someone to have that fixed right away, and the service of every staff is excellent. I stayed here for 18 days.

Although the room view was lovely. Had many bugs crawling around the room, and the bathroom would flood during the shower. The location was okay, had to walk a minimum of 20 mins to get to the main strip of restaurant and bars. Definitely expected more from a 4 star hotel.

Spacious room for family of 3

The Imperial hotel is not in the center of Tran Phu beach area. It is located first on the Tran Phu street and still have a very nice view of the beach and the bay. It is an older hotel with very distinct smell when I walked into the lobby, it is worse in the elevator and hallway. However, the smell is not as strong as in the room. One thing I disliked about this hotel is the design of the shower. With the narrow glass that is on top of the bathtub, water was fully splashed over the floor. We had to use the towels to dry off the floor every time we took a shower. It is very annoying after two nights and we decided to leave early and skipped the last night. Breakfast is not much of selection-by 7:30 am, even sticky rice that was provided was gone both days. However, omelets were available throughout the day. The breakfast room and the gym has little or none air conditioning. However, The service is excellent here. Overall, the nightly rate is good value for a family room which is spacious for 3 of us.

The bathroom shower was dated with an older style with water pressure low and not hot, right away. The air con didn’t work in the first room so they had to move me to a lower floor. It wasn’t any better. Overall, the place could use some renovating.

Amazing ocean view and services

The hotel is very new and the front rooms have amazing ocean view. But the staffs are the best. The reception managers, Ms. Thanh-Tu and Mr. Duy took the extra miles to ensure our stay are pleasant and comfortable. They arranged a rental bike, provided sightseeing information, and bought tickets for us to travel to our next destination. We had a really nice time at the hotel.

This hotel is extremely noisy. The lift makes a ding dong noise that can be heard all through the night. The breakfast is poor and to top it off as we’re leaving they charged us for new sheets as my son had a blood nose. The sheets could easily have been bleached clean but they told us that would throw out. Pool is small but ok and the gym is hardly a gym.

The staff was very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable. They also provided a piece of cake for my wife's birthday which was much appreciated. The breakfast had a great variety! The view from the room was amazing. Nice pool and everything was clean !

The hotel room was very clean and the staffs was very friendly and helpful too. Guest relation officer, Lily was very accommodating. She took my number and I could text her at any time of the day requesting more information / help for finding me a driver for the day. It was a very pleasent & memorable stay. The sunrise view from the hotel is stunning too!

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz im Zentrum gelegen aber trotzdem fußläufig erreichbar. Ganz ruhig ist es allerdings nicht. Die Hauptstraße liegt direkt vor der Tür, ist in den oberen Etagen nicht so schlimm. Von denen hat man in den Seaview-Zimmern einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer. Da das Hotel direkt am.Strand liegt, hört man leider abends die Partys am Strand (gruselige Karaokesänger mit lautem Mikro) und morgens ab 5:00 Uhr die Sportanimateure, die ihrer Gruppe mit lauter Musik und ebenfalls lauten Mikros einheizen. Die Zimmer und die Bäder sind westlicher Standard und das Personal ist superfreundlich. Besonders engagiert ist die Gästebetreuerin Lily, die als einzige gut verständlich Englisch spricht. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, feiner Rooftop-Pool. Angeblich auch eine Bar dort oben, da habe ich aber nie jemanden gesehen- besteht wohl aus dem Getränkeautomaten, der dort steht. Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes eine chinesische Reisegruppe im Hotel, die sehr laut und rücksichtslos gegenüber anderen Hotelgästen war. Na Thrang ist ein ganz netter Urlaubsort, der leider komplett von Russen überrannt wird. Auf der Straße wird man grundsätzlich erst mal in russisch angesprochen.

I was actually very satisfied with this hotel. Perfect location is frontbeach. There are plenty of attractive places to visit and eat nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is various with a great sea view from the second floor. Staff is friendly and helpful
