「Not much negativity to mention. Anything wrong with any facilities you just notice the front desk, they sent someone to have that fixed right away, and the service of every staff is excellent. I stayed here for 18 days.」

「We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with...
