Our stay at Luxury was absolutely fantastic. FRom the moment we arrived with were treated with kindness and respect. The resort itself is pristine. The villas are very private and hidden from view in the lush well kept gardens. 2 beautiful pools and a stunning private beach with a bar on the pier. It was quiet and uncrowded. The buffet breakfast was incredible. We were spoilt for choice. So many wonderful dishes to try. The restaurant remains open all day so snacks and lunches are always available at reasonable prices and the evening restaurant was a treat. Shuttle golf carts were on hand to whizz you to the harbour next door for more restaurant options and shopping and Vinwonders theme park. Our room was beautiful, spacious, with a terrance and a private mini pool. We had a a wonderful time, Luxury is really a 5 star experience and would highly recommend staying there. Real privacy, top notch service, wonderful helpful staff and relaxing atmosphere, thank you very much for making our holiday so special.

良かった点 島全体がリゾートになっている環境から島に入った時点で非日常感を味わえる点。 ゲストが多すぎず、欧米の方中心で騒がしくないこと。 エクストラベッドを用意してくれた点。 朝食ブッフェの食材が豊富かつ超新鮮で果物、野菜などが特においしい。 ルームサービスもそれほど高くなくとてもおいしい。 島内の設備にはどこにでもカートで無料送迎してくれてとてもスピーディ。 部屋についているプールも手ごろな広さ深さで水もきれい。 英語が完璧に通じるので言葉の心配もなし。 ヴィンワンダー（遊園地）やハーバー（街）もしっかり稼働していて きれいでリゾート間にあふれていること。 イマイチな点 プールの管理者が雑で横柄なこと。 空港からの無料送迎ぐらいはあってもしかるべきに感じます。 トイレの水圧がちょっと弱いです。 対岸での手続きからチェックインして部屋に入れるまでの待ち時間がちょっと長い。

3년만에 재방문하였습니다. 리조트 내에서는 편하고 쾌적하고 만족스러운 휴식을 취하였습니다. 다만, 스피드보트, 툭툭은 3년 전이랑 달리 서비스 기준이 바뀐것 같습니다. 럭셔리는 줄 안 기다리고 스피드보트 우선 탑승 했는데 이젠 똑같이 줄 기다렸습니다. 툭툭(리조트 밖 빈펄섬 이동)도 럭셔리는 3년 전엔 1가족만 있어도 즉시 출발했는데 이번엔 탈 때마다 10분씩은 기다린것 같습니다.

Lovley place with super friendly and efficient service. The check in was our fastest ever still we felt very welcome. Speedboat out to the resort island and electric golf type cars the rest. The wonderland park out on the island is well run and maintained and worth a visit. Breakfast was good with great selection and never any waiting. We had BBQ on the pier one evening which was brilliant.

We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten. The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication. Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges. Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted. Long waits for buggies. The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra. Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.

The service at Vinpearl Luxury was excellent, staff were always helpful and responsive. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One day, the toilet was clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly. My only real complaint was the trolley service. We had to wait every time we got off the boat or cable car, as Vinpearl Luxury was always the last to be picked up. Other hotels on the island had multiple pickups, while we often had to wait quite a while—one time, nearly 30 minutes just for the trolley to arrive.

It was a real good hotel! Nice view, nice staffs, nice roomservices, and nice massage in front of the ocean. If you want a good travel in nahtrang, just make a reservation here.
