Staff was excellent. If you have a question about anything, they will give you their honest opinions of places in the area. When I called for room service it was prompt. You even get your own spot on the beach that is right across the street. Overall, the stay was phenomenal and would definetly come back here again!

Nice hotel in a pretty location

A really nice hotel; the rooms were clean with lovely views and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well. Only issues were with other guests (letting their doors slam constantly, crowding in the buffet and lobby, smoking off their balconies when they shouldn't be, etc.). I also wish the TV wouldn't automatically turn on and play the same welcome music every time we came back to the room.

I had a very good experience staying in the Queen Ann Hotel. It is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a good location. It has amazing staff, professional, nice, friendly, very helpful in every way. I’d like to thank the ladies in reception for trying to find transportation for me to Quy Nhon and I’d like to express my gratitude to Tan who arranged a bus for me and transportation from the bus stop to my hotel in Quy Nhon and was checking to make sure I got to the destination.
