This is a decent hotel for solo traveler or a budget traveler. If you get the room without the window, you will have a terrible experience. Our room smelled musky and the AC seemed like it never been maintained. We slept with the window open, which was just facing a wall at least we got fresh air coming in…. The staff were amazing and friendly however this is a very old hotel and it does have apartment units on the top floor so you will be dealing with unnecessary tenants taking over the frontal area of the hotel….

하룻밤 묵기 괜찮은 곳

새벽 비행기 도착이라 미리 연락하고 예약했는데 새벽 1시에 체크인 가능하였다. 룸은 깔끔하였고, 하룻밤 묵을 우리에겐 적당하였다. 조식도 깔끔하였다. 아쉬운 점은 방음이 너무 안되어 의자 끄는 소리, 아이 우는 소리등이 들려서 숙면을 취하기 어려웠다.

O hotel encontra se mal sinalizado, chegamos depois das 23 horas, não havia ninguém para nos ajudar a subir a bagagem pelas escadas de difícil acesso que levam à recepção.O quarto tinha papel de parede rasgado, cabelos no banheiro.A mobilia dos quartos precisa ser renovada.A vista mar era uma nesga de mar que se vislumbrava entre 2 prédios.... Mediante reclamação foi nos atribuído quarto ligeiramente superior. Gerente disponível e simpático, mas o staff do restaurante, não tem formação nem é agradável.Não existe o cuidado de interagir com os clientes e proporcionar sugestões para tornar agradável a estadia na cidade e no estabelecimento. Pequeno almoço muito deficiente, falta loiça, talheres e antes das 9 quase todos os tabuleiros do buffet estão vazios.Não é um sítio para voltar.

Nice hotel, close to beach

We actually extended our stay. Our first room, a double with no view, had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom - it smelled strongly of mothballs. The shower door wouldnt close, but this was rapidly fixed by management. The room was very clean and comfortable despite the smell and we were impressed with the responsiveness of the management, who worked hard to ensure that our stay was pleasant. We booked a seaview room for our extension and were given a seaview apartment! This amazing apartment has a kitcenette and a washing machine.. it was spacious and bright with a wonderful view. Best of all, no smell! Aside from the rooms, this hotel features an excellent breakfast buffet, an intimate rooftop pool area, and a location just steps away from food, shopping, and the beach. We are already planning to return; we will book at least the seaview room when we do.

Nice hotel close to the beach+a nice swimming pool

Location of the Hotel is excellent: Close to the beach and not far from the action! Sadly: During my stay there was very loud noise from construction works in the Hotel. 7 Days a week, starting at 7:00 in the morning until about 19:00hrs in the evening. Also on Sundays 7 to 7. And: Like always in ASIA: Extremelly Recless and Noisy Chinese guests, that leave their Room Doors open and talk (scream) with their friends in the other rooms! Very loud! A swimming pool on the roof is very comfortable and nice. The "bar" is never visited. Nobody ever goes there. Why? A young MAN is "bartender" and nobody is interested to go to the 17 floor to sit there alone (at the end of the world) This is the manager´s fault: He should have live music once a week, or a magician, or something (theatre?) for the kids, but he is not really interested in this bar! The prices from the Hotel-Spa and the real prices are not the same: For example "Hair-cut" according to the Hotel Price List is 50.000VND ($ 2.5) and in reality it is 100.000 plus "shampooing" for 60.000 . (in Sum 160.000VND $ 8,00) .. But I still recommend this Hotel! Very good!

Unfortunately due to street out front being dug up we arrived to find taxi couldnt get in to hotel so we had to walk our suitcases thru filth, mud and dirt to get to entrance of hotel. Causing our brand new suitcase wheels to break. Reception staff couldnt speak english hardly and appeared rude and disinterested in us as guests. Bell boy tried his best to welcome us. Our bathroom had mould on walls of shower and a foul smell coming from drain which went right thru room. Our window opened up to see a concrete wall 5 cm from room so no fresh air in room. Pool area was tiny with fake grass and nowhere really to sit and relax as area was to small. Wouldnt stay there again.

Chambres aveugles

L'hôtel est de construction récente et situé près de la plage. La plupart des chambres sont aveugles. Piscine très petite, salle de gym ridicule. Très mauvaise réception TV, pas de chaînes d'info internationale. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux mais de qualité moyenne. L'hôtel s'affiche en 4 * alors qu'il ressemble plus à un 3 *.

Fint hotell med hyfsat läge

Bullrigt pga byggnation och stördes lite av det! Bodde i rum 312. Wi-fi var bara att glömma vet inte varför det strulade men nästan full täckning på rummet men ändå kopplade nätet ner hela tiden! Hittade ett ställe i receptionen där det funkade så jag kunde boka flyg! Rummet i sig var kanon med bra sängar och fräscht badrum med duschvägg så man slipper blöta ner hela badrummet. Frukosten var helt ok! Hotellet ligger ca 10min gång från själva centrum med marknader, men det finns även en liten marknad utanför hotellet på gatan som är helt ok. Bra restaurang hittade vi nästan bredvid hotellet (Tuan) och kan rekommenderas! Avståndet till stranden är bara tvärsöver stora vägen så det tar Max 5min

위치 최고!

새벽 체크인도 문제없이 진행해주었고 룸 업그레이드도 해주었다. 호텔 바로 앞에 마사지 샵과 길거리 음식 및 해산물 등 먹을만한 곳도 많고 길만 건너만 바로 나트랑 해변이라 접근성이 좋았다.

Ej bra.

Helt okej hotel, men det är en byggararbetsplats intill dom väsnas dygnet runt. Vi använde tvättaservicen på hotellet vilket var en katastrof. Kläderna var endast doppade i vatten med sköljmedel. Lukt och fläckar var fortfarande kvar. Otroligt dåligt! När man påtala det till receptionen så var det ingen som förstod engelska.

Phòng nhỏ, các phòng không có cách âm nên hay nghe tiếng động từ các phòng xung quanh. Gần khách sạn đang thi công nên hơi ồn. Buffet sáng thực đơn không nhiều và không được ngon lắm
