"Good value for London. Hotel and rooms maintained to a very good, “fresh” condition. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms have good quality equipment and appliances - on the smaller side, but very much in line with London standards."

"Great stay. Location is close to public train and staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"My room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. It was updated nicely but was small and you had to go through the outside bar to get to the rooms. I only saw the staff when I checked in. Not sure if anyone was there overnight, but it didn’t seem like it."

"The location was excellent for visits to London. It's right near a transit station with easy connections to Central London and Heathrow Airport. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy."
