At 12:15 house keeping banged on the door demanding us to leave so I called the front desk again and he informed me he told me 2 pm was the time he stated (which he did not —he said 3 pm) I informed him if the calls are recorded he should go back and listen to our conversation as he at this point was lying about it. I contacted Expedia and tried to cancel the reservation after seeing the property and I was denied. They advertised an elevator, but they do not have one in the building. We eventually got into the lobby (after they said to kick the door a few times) to view the recorded message about how to get in the room! We had a code to use on the door and we had...
