「This is the most wonderful hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay in the UK. It really is exceptional, from the stunning building / decor and five star service from staff. It’s like stepping into an episode of Bridgerton and the bed & bathroom had the WOW factor. Highly recommend.」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「外觀亮麗, 內裡未及水準. 服務其實不錯, 員工陽光熱情友善, 水煲有銹漬, 立即更換, 可惜仍不算乾淨, 清洗後可用. 房間有設計感, 很漂亮, 但並不舒適, 搖搖椅玩玩可以, 休息不可. 床槈極盡之軟, 基本上整個人下䧟, 轉身也很費力, 睡一小時可以, 睡一晚起床必背痛. 早餐優秀, 除一般應有的, 還可另點pancake 及 Avocado on Toast 等, 非常高質. 」

「Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. 」

「Nick is such a lovely and helpful host and the place is beautiful, peaceful and has everything you need. Unfortunately it was raining all the time so we couldn't explore the area as much as we wanted to but that's UK weather for you. I'd happily go back to the cellars and would like to stay at the orangery too. 」

「Clean room and amenities」

「We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5.」

「A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). 」

「Great staff, excellent location and room very good. I had a very early start to get home so didn't enjoy a sleep in bed, but it would've been more than perfect for a lazy morning. Had a pint with some Cardiff City locals before closing time in the pub downstairs who were great company (plus 2 Gooners!). In the meantime, up the Chelsea :-)」

「We stayed in a suite over our wedding weekend. The staff were so accommodating and the suite was perfect. A great place to get ready as well as rest! Plenty of space, lovely little touches and a clean space.」
