「Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. 「This was a gem of a find just steps from the firth at Irvine. Lots of little shops nearby and a huge shopping mall just a 10 minute walk away. 」

「Nice big room, super comfy bed, great shower. Food was really good, staff were all great. My only gripe was the lack of WiFi in my room but hot-spot through my phone solved that. On the whole, a very nice stay and I'll be happy to stay again. 」

「Room was clean however not sure if it was a full room service everyday or just towels changed as there were days where bedding didn’t seemed changed and rubbish wasn’t removed from room. Spa access is restricted however this is totally understandable and the facilities are amazing. Overall the hotel, staff and facilities were outstanding. Breakfast was fabulous!
