The hotel staff, whether cleaners or those in Reception or the lounge bar, were very friendly and helpful. We liked the food provided, and found our room comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Every member of staff we met was fantastic, warm friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The dinner menu wasn’t great and was very overpriced for what you got and the taste didn’t quite match up to the prices. Beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel and excellent treatments in the spa

Staff unhelpful and arrogant. Normally the type of hotel I would enjoy staying in but the staff have soured the experience for me. Function guests made it difficult to access check-in and parking was chaotic with no supervision by staff.

The hotel staff at reception were lovely ! The kids loved the swimming pool, but the hotel is definetly due a little bit of an upgrade ! But we will definetly stay again lovely hotel .
