The hotel was extremely disappointing. It felt unsafe, the floors were filthy, and the non-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in for years. The neighborhood also did not feel comfortable. Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and worthwhile stay.

I would never stay here again I felt so unsafe someone was knocking on my door at 2 am and trying the get in good thing I had the door locked. The first room they gave me the door wouldn’t open with the key I assume they had already booked someone in that room. The state of the room was not nice old bedding and towels I even found hair on the towel in the bathroom ekkkkkkkk there was no shuttle although it’s listed they have one worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

the most affordable price in the area, I stayed there before. 2 vending machines don't work. No sign mal function, I inserted my credit card, it was charged but I can't get product ! I was told the machine belonged to 3rd party ! The staff cannot refund me. Well, at least, they need to put the sign "Mal function" because we don't know!

The room supposed to be smoke free, but it was smell of cigarettes. The whole way smelled so bad, I went to the front desk 3 times for them to change the room. They did not. The shower room was terrible with water all over the floor when someone took a shower. Even in the last day, when I checked out, I asked that lady for my receipt, she been so rude. She even asked me why I needed that receipt for? That was a horrible experience for me. ( the A/C was working).
