My stay was really good overall, just some flaws that it would be great the hotel can improve. The location is fantastic, you can easily get into the F train at 14 at station. The building was well maintained in the common areas, just note that this is an old building, so small wood stairs, not advised for people with mobility difficulties. The room was small, but perfect for 1 or 2 people stay. Then there was some cons, the safe had no power, so it was not usable, if you want to leave valuable things they will not be secured. Although I had no incident of anyone entering the room, there was dust present all over, above the small closet, so if you place anything it would stain by dust so bad. The floor was also dirty, I used to take my shoes off and my socks would be awfully dirty. There was no hangers to use in the closet, the iron was old and rusty that I prefered not to even turn it on. The bathroom was the part where this shined, it was well cleaned and I have good amount of towels and products to use during my stay. The only weird thing is that the door only covers half of the shower, didn't have an issue of splashing out. The check-in and check-out process was really smooth, also the luggage store, everything so easy, the staff really accommodating and helpful. Another thing to notice is that the noise from other tenants can be heard too loud. I would like the improvement in cleaning up the room, but I would definitely come back.

When checking in the front desk informed me that I had $42 to spend in room order including patronage at the restaurant on site. They did not mention that the spend doesn’t include or cannot apply to gratuity. I spent $40 on the entire bill at the restaurant and the hotel only took off the portion without the gratuity. The toilet was not flushing well and toward the end of my stay the water never stopped running so I had to call the front desk at 10pm. The elevator was not working but the technician appeared to not communicate to hotel guests by just standing there. I had to carry 3 bags and took a few steps down to another elevator.

Great experience, great location and convenient

Staff is nice and the location was perfect to get to places quickly. A few minor quirks with the room but nothing that was too bothersome.
