Room was cozy. A little noisy if you on the street side - but it is right near Broadway so to be expected. If you want to see lots of broad shows this is a place for you. Hyatt Grand Central New York
The room was spotless and the staff cleaned everyday and restocked everything. The fitness center is outstanding with plenty of top-of-the-line exercise equipment. Everyone was very nice and you can’t beat the location.

Hotel St. James
The room was clean! The bed was comfortable. Heater worked fast. The staff were so kind to these Floridians during Winter Storm Fern! We would absolutely stay again. You cannot beat this location!!!
