"Had loads of fun with the little one in pool and hot tub. Room was nice and amenities were appreciated."

"People coming out of the waterpark should not be sitting in the lobby chairs. They were soaking wet when we sat on them. There was no microwave in our room, which would have been nice or leftovers. The restaurant times could’ve been more accommodating."

"The hot tub was not working. The image on Expedia is not the actual hotel. The hotel is clean but very outdated. It was quite dark in there as there were no lights on in the lobby/breakfast area. There is also no elevator in this building. "

"I had a great stay overall and would rate this hotel an 8/10. Everything from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed and the friendliness of the staff was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the amenities met my expectations. The only issue I ran into was with the TV setup. It seemed like the remote wasn’t properly configured, which made it a bit frustrating to use. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything else was perfect and made for an enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others."

"Had to go down right away to get my key card made because it wasn’t made right the first time. The tiles in the bathroom were coming off and tripped on them. "

"My room was not cleaned, I had a full garbage and stains around the rim of the toilet and trash under the table, I did notify day 1 and 2, was promised to be moved into a clean room and it was never done, I will never stay at this property again "
