"The room was nice but one really horrible thing was that the shower floor was extremely slippery. I didn't have too much trouble but if my husband had used it it could have been bad since he is currently using a cane for back trouble. The staff at the concert were awesome since there were no seats available a few of them helped my husband off the floor and gave him a chair. Thank you so much. It made my night great"

"D'shawn made our stay fabulous. Weed initially been given a lovely, large room with two walls of windows. Unfortunately, one wall of windows faced the street. D'Shaun (I wish I'd asked how to spell his name) found us another room and it had a few of the river--an upgrade. All this on a holiday weekend. When the hotel was also hosting a wedding. He even had to go check and make sure the room had been cleaned appropriately. The customer service went above and beyond. Every person we interacted with from the hotel and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. We are already planning a trip back."

"Property and building were poorly taken care of. Weeds all over . My thought right away upon entering was that if the outside area is full of weeds and garbage then what does the inside look like. I wasn’t far off, floors and other areas dirty and everything seemed cheap."

"Property was very nice. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Blackout blinds were great seeing we came in very late and the blinds allowed us to sleep in the next morning. The only thing that I'd see as a potential problem is there is a karaoke bar very close to this hotel. Like I said above we arrive pretty late Friday night and the bar was in full swing. Very loud music and people. Could hear it all from our room. If anything I'd ask to book the rooms across the hallway on the far side from bar. Otherwise. I'd def stay here again."
