「This was one of the best stays ever. I had no idea when I booked that it was a Bed and Breakfast!! It’s decorated to antique and stylish! The Street car running directly in front is and added bonus! 「I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep. 」

「Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!」

「Lovely room, nice cozy bed with microwave coffee pot and fridge. Beautifully appointed. Could have used a chair or love seat to sit on while watching TV instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. Close to public tram and restaurants. Loved our stay. 」

「Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. 」
