「前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice」

「1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed. 2: There is a ton of noise from cars and pedestrians nearly around the clock, and the walls are paper thin. 「Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant.」
