We’ve stayed at several properties in the Greenport area and this was our first time at Silver Sands; we loved it! The rooms were updated, clean and cute. The beach access was a huge plus, as well as on site restaurants. They don’t charge for parking (as some hotels nearby are starting to do) and the location is central to Greenport Village and the wineries. We went for an anniversary trip and stayed in the motel section but would definitely come back with the kids and try out the bungalows! Overall great trip and would recommend to others; we will be back!

I loved the vintage vibe, the private beach!!, the great customer service (Charlotte, David, Melissa), clean rooms with the best water pressure on a shower/immediate hot water, cute back patio area, attentive housekeeping, on-site dining options, bikes, and proximity to town & other sites. Our stay at the Silver Sands Motel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views that added to the serene vibe. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway—quiet, yet close enough to local attractions.
