「I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no body wash provided in the room, which was an inconvenience that should have been addressed before guests checked in. I reported the issue to staff not once, but twice during my stay, and nothing was ever done to resolve it. Being ignored after bringing up a simple request multiple times was extremely frustrating.
