「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

「I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
