Amazing Unicorn Hotel

Our first impression of our room was Wow... set inside a cave, which made it cool inside... The lad running the place was a very pleasant, well mannered and would do anything to please. Breakfast was a beautiful Turkish breakfast, which was plentiful. The views from the roof top terrace were out of this world.. The hotel itself is close to bars, shops and restaurants in Goreme.

Super friendly staff. Excellent heat and hot water. Great views from the windows and top floor outdoor lounge area. Close to everything. Great value for price. Best hotel dog ever! Bed was a little hard and I needed another blanket. There ought to be an extra in the room.

You get what you pay for. Location is good and the dog was cute. It needs some tlc. Water was cut when we were there. Some water would have been good. I felt there was no management. Probably wont stay again for us it was just a bed to sleep on.

Unique Experience. Fantastic hosts & location

It was a unique experience staying in a cave hotel. The place and its surroundings are beautiful. Walkable distance to good restaurants and shopping areas. The hosts Esma and her husband are very warm and hospitable. They serve a delicious set breakfast but if you need more they are eager to serve you. Don’t miss the freshly prepared Gozleme. You can also pluck grapes in the open air dinning area just above your dining table. There is open parking in front of the hotel. They can arrange City tours and Hotair balloon tours if you tell them in advance as sometimes the tours can get full depending on season if you try booking the earlier day

Excellent hotel!

Everything about this hotel is great and especially the staff member and owner of the hotel have great hospitality and gave us brilliant experience. The location of the hotel is situated 2 minutes from the main town centre for food and drinks and there is a balacony on the top of the hotel where you can see the hot air baloon early morning. I reccomend this hotel to anyone at great price, great location and great staff members!

A new hotel with well equipped facilities including the hot water shower. They provide a fabulous breakfast with a nice open view. Staff are very helpful and friendly and they helped arrange the transportation. Definitely this hotel is the most value for money in the town city.

our stay in capadocia was amazing, the hotel is located near to stores and restaurants, with amazing views in the roof and have the literal experience of sleeping comfortable in a cave, have good rooms and very clean, the services was amazing always very kind and attentive and the breakfast was very good, also took the tours with them and was very good.

It needs a lot of maintenance and improvements in the facilities: broken furniture, exposed electricity cables, cat poops on the terrace, poorly installed handrails with possible risk of accidents, water leaks from the shower, few electrical connections, there is no TV in some of the rooms.

The worse experience of my entire life. There were no lights and was raining, to get to the room we had to go thru the stairways with no light, as a result, I failed and hurt my foot. The room was extremely dirty and mildew smell. We left the next day. The receptionist did not even used a lantern. If you do not want to ruin your trip, do not stay there.

A hottible experince

Booking this hotel was the most horrible experince. Couldnt travel on booked dates due to illness and called up the hotel and asked if they can cancel the booking., They said they cant cancel the booking but can do a date change. So changed the date and got an email with new dates. When my family arrived at the hotel, they were informed that they can not see the new dates in the booking and the booking date has already passed, Infact they had sold the room and my 70 years old uncle and aunt had no place to stay and it was already midnight . Had to book a room in a nearby hotel at double the rate eventually.

Good place, scammy service.

The room was nice and clean. However the receptionist was not honest with the charges upfront. Note to others if they offer to cook dinner, they will charge a steep price. The terrace in which we were told to eat at also does not have adequate lighting. It was a mistake to have dinner here. Whilst we have our hot air balloon booking deposit with him, he has taken some of it for the dinner charges. The breakfast was also subpar. He made 1 plate of eggs for 5 adults and have the gall to charge extra when we asked for another plate. I would recommend staying here but you should always double check if anything you ask for or offered by the receptionist costs extra, as he will not be upfront about it. Overall terrible experience for us.

Was in contact with the hotel weeks before arriving was supposed to have a shuttle arranged hotel stopped responding via email. Had no ride upon arrival at the airport. Got to the hotel early morning was totally closed when online it says 24 hour check in. Called hotel rep they left us out in the cold. Had to ride around with a taxi to find another hotel. When i finally checked in customer service was bad seemed indifferent to my concerns of what happened. Refused a refund. Hotel was not as described in many aspects dont know how this hotel is rated so highly. The only goods were Hotel rep the morning of checkout was better and tried to be hospitable. And the area of hotel. But i wouldnt recommend and would look elsewhere.

Le petit déjeuner était super, rien à rajouter ! La chambre familiale est très vétuste, odeur d’humidité et salle d’eau vraiment pas top. Mais la literie est bonne. La terrasse permet d’avoir une bonne vue sur les montgolfières mais semble avoir été laissé à l’abandon, comme le reste de l’hôtel de manière générale, c’est dommage, beau potentiel !

Abenteuerlich, gemütlich und romantisch!

Wenn man schon in Kappadokien ist, dann soll es natürlich ein Höhlenzimmer sein, um den Ort wirklich zu erleben! Und es war ein sehr tolles Erlebnis! Die Höhle wurde gemütlich eingerichtet und war sauber. Im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl, aber definitiv nicht kalt. Ansonsten hat man auch Heizungen. Die Terrasse oben war natürlich der abschließende Highlight. Hier ist man ganz in der Nähe, von wo aus die Ballons fliegen. Sie flogen sogar direkt über uns hinweg. Unsere Lage war sehr zentral im Ürgüp Höhlengebiet. Wir wurden von Can betreut, der uns stets freundlich und kompetent beraten hat und wichtiges zur Ortschaft erzählte und uns Tipps gab, wie man seine Erkundung gestalten kann.
