I tried reaching out about my room details, but was left unanswered. Lucky, the room situation with the two beds works out! "Nice large room with high ceiling but could have done with some renovation (window frames etc.) Comfortable bed and furnishings. Access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge was very useful and comfortable. No real place to leave my bicycle but it was indoors and safe nontheless. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Derry provided by staff at a reasonable price. The staff were only available at their sister location around the corner which could be a little inconvenient. To reach the bathroom I had to go up and downstairs and there was no mirror in the bathroom. The carpets were badly stained in some places."
