「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...

Multiple water taxis to access Lady of the Rock or get across the bay. Hotel staff is next level amazing and kind. The local residents of Perast and neighboring towns are amazing, kind, friendly, funny and helped us make lasting memories. We will stay again 」
