This is a wonderful family owned and operated hotel. I really enjoyed my time here and Igor (the owner) and his family made me feel right at home with their amazing hospitality. Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach! I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Budva!

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s quiet, close to old town and the seaside as well as the bus station. WiFi working well. The room wasn’t very big but it was okay for us, big balcony though. The breakfast was tasty with a plenty of choice, warm food as well as some vegetables and pastries or cakes. Great value for money.

The property was clean, dated but perfectly suited to our needs. Igor was amazing so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room wasnspacious with a lovely balcony but the furnishings and bathroom were a little tired, although all in working order. The hotel was in a great location for everything and the parking with next door eighboir was brilliant with the old gentleman so lovely.

Good stay

Good location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is nice and easy for 5eur a day, easier than finding somewhere in town! The general room condition is slightly old however all still functional.

We paid a little extra to have the suit with the biggest balcony which had a sea view, overall the rooms were pretty good, with a TV and fridge in both rooms, and air conditioning in the living room, the rooms were a bit dated but clean and the bed comfortable. A few little things let it down a bit that could be cheap and easy to fix. The shower head holder was broken so had to hold it the whole time whilst having a shower, the huge balcony was slightly let down by the broken furniture and all the furniture in the living area had no handles. But overall a good place to stay and good value for money.

The Villa is very strategically located in a back street and close to the beach and restaurants, etc. The breakfast was good, they didnt have a very good bread options, and also no alternative milks like soya or oats but no one in the Balkans seems to be into it. Igor, the manager is very helpful and friendly.

Big shout out to the hotel manager Igor who was super friendly and helpful. Always available when you message him and happy to help. You get what you pay for with this place. It was budget friendly and the room was a good size, the bed was a good size and the pillows were very comfy, the air con was also great to have for the stuffy nights, the balcony was nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom was small but we don't mind. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (don't know why but this is always a big plus for us). The location is very good, only a 5-10 minute walk into budva old town and the bus station. We would definitely return. Thank you Igor!
