The doors need to be slammed in order to be closed properly. Imagine guest coming in all night long...... Mall doors make a lot of noise during the night. Breakfast only starts at 730am but Breakfast was good. Burn marks on the carpet when it is a non smoking room and there were bleach stains on carpet near desk.

Very good hotel !! Very close to the airport! Awesome! Comfortable beds! Etc! All good exelent! Restauran next to the shopping mall ! Good food! And anyways the hotel inside the shopping mall! Very convenience!

The breakfast was good but the location was less than optimal, in the middle of an industrial zone. Water and electricity supply was dodgy especially on the first 2 days of our 3 day stay. The room was very modern, but sparsely equipped with glasses or dustbins… there was no housekeeping besides replacement of towels.

La habitación familiar era perfecta, las instalaciones modernas y el servicio del personal muy bueno. Lo único que necesita mejorar es la limpieza, tienes que pedirles que hagan y estarles diciendo, un día solo cambiaron las bolsas de basura y no hicieron las camas, ningún día lavaron los trastes, y a veces dejaban una cama sin hacer

Hotel muy nuevo

Es un hotel muy nuevo, si traes carro rentado está perfecto, porque está como a 10 mins en carro del centro, el hotel es muy cómodo, las habitaciones limpias, espaciosas, el personal muy amable. El área de alrededor está en construcción pero no afecta tu estancia, nosotros nos hospedamos 3 noches, muy agusto!!!
