「This hotel is not what is shown in the pictures. It was evident when I pulled in with my family that the hotel was not clean nor safe due to multiple reasons. We asked for a refund due to the reasons and they refused to refund us. Stay away from this hotel and find some where else even if it cost more money」

The buildings were dirty, poorly maintained, and gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority. We also encountered a significant bug problem throughout the building. All of this is true: 1. hair in the sink 2. balled up, filthy washcloths shoved into the AC unit 3. stains all over the walls 4. putrid cigarette smell 5. holes in the bathroom door 6. a live-in neighbor who banged on the wall and screamed the second I got in the room 7. a stinkbug infestation in the curtains and under the bedskirt 8. drunk live-in neighbors who chain-smoked I just left at 11:45pm and got another place. This place should be condemned.」

On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia.
